She is a Global Wellness Institute Ambassador and Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with advanced training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, as well as studies in Lifestyle Medicine and Positive Psychology from Harvard, Yale, and Stanford. Her background also includes working as a chef in Florence, Italy, where she honed her artistic skills and deepened her respect for ingredient quality and excellence.
